Need a quick refresher for an aching neck? Here are some great tips for releiving tension built up in the neck. 1. Start by taking a few slow deep breaths. It helps to slowly count while inhaling and exhaling. Inhale 1-2-3-4, Exhale 1-2-3-4 2. Slowly and gently rotate the neck in one direction five times. Reverse direction for five times. 3. Drop the chin to chest to stretch the back of the neck. Hold for at least 15 seconds. 4. Lift the chin towards the ceiling to stretch the front of the neck. Hold for at least 15 seconds. 5. Take a few more breaths and get back to your day!
